Kieran Mauffrey holds a Master's degree in Real Estate Law from the University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne, as well as a Master's degree in Public Law from the same university.
He has practised real estate law in several international and national law firms in order to develop his expertise and skills in this area.
He is a member of the Paris Bar Association.
In parallel he is an associate at Gowling WLG, an English-Canadian law firm recognize for its real estate practice.

FEES
Fees are discussed and fixed with the client. A fee agreement is necessarily drawn up to guarantee the transparency of the lawyer-client relationship.
FIXED FEE
A fixed and global fee is defined from the outset with your lawyer as per the handling of your case. The fees for the mission defined in the fee agreement may not be exceeded without your prior agreement.
FEES BASED ON TIME SPENT
The lawyer's remuneration is based on an hourly rate fixed in the fee agreement. The fees will therefore be calculated in proportion to the time spent by the lawyer and in relation to the complexity of your case.
PRO BONO
The practice of pro bono consists of taking on your case voluntarily and freely, and handling it under the same conditions as any other billable case.
Kieran Mauffrey undertakes to provide pro bono services in the interest of the most disadvantaged people, at the service of non-profit associations and some NGOs.
